Our family insurance brokerage grew from 2 to 300 staff by 2003 under my leadership at which point I reversed the business into the Oval Group where I became CEO. I now sit on the UKGlobal Holdings Ltd board. Away from insurance I played both cricket and rugby at senior level. In more recent times, I have held many sporting administrative roles, including being President of the MCC in 2011/12.
Many of our team have years of experience and expertise, gained through working with hundreds of clients in specialist areas. Others have professional qualifications, both in insurance and other skills such as HR, Finance and Marketing.
