Absolutely awful night there. As a family with 2 children plus 1 adult, we booked 2 rooms and we were given only one room. We tried contacting the hotel as there was no one available to speak to and Booking.com did the same. We had to squeeze into a triple bedroom. Beds squeaked, mattresses were awful, not enough toilet roll, bathroom you could hardly move as it was so small. We got the second room the next night but the lady was very unhelpful and we were charged for both nights. Never going there again.

I liked this place, it was simple, exactly what we needed, somewhere to lay out heads. The very few staff we saw were nice and friendly. The shower was like 1000 degrees but no one at the reception but I managed to atleast feel clean so I didn't feel the need to tell them. Thinking about it now, I should probably ring them tomorrow just to let them know for the next persons. I would stay here again.

The worst experience ever, sitting in the middle of the corridor infront of my allocated room with someone inside who have taken the room. No help no one in the hotel. Absolutely horrifying experience with kids awaiting to go in the bathroom and to rest at 9:00 PM. Never book in here again. STAY AWAY EVERYONE.

Never again! Basic as I was kind of expecting after I seen price for my stay, booked by someone in the office. Not my choice. Room was small. Enough for a double bed n wardrobe. Mattress was like sleeping on a bag of potatoes. Could feel every spring that seemed to have a mind of their own. Tv hung on wall, just above wardrobe. Far too high! Shower temperature choice was too hot or hotter! No shower gel, just a mere tablet of soap about the same size as a 50p piece. No kettle, tea or coffee. Just a solitary hair dryer. I'm bald so whoo hoo!
This was just bearable until 2am when very inconsiderate

You actually have no clue what a burger is until you get down to clucktown! I was ordering through uber eats during lockdown and am so glad these guys opened up a sit in location. Their range of flavours are original, vibrant and addictive! The Italian plumber is the best burger I have ever had and the Korean wings are the best wings in London... possibly the universe. Then you have the raunchy buffalo too! I could list the entire menu to be fair. Friendly, down to earth, funny owners and a first class atmosphere. This place is an absolute MUST!

Really good price rooms considering you're 20-30 minutes from Hyde park/Oxford Street by bus. Bus stops are within 1 minute walk from the hotel, so are some pubs and shops. The room was clean and although not the biggest, it's just enough for having a good night sleep, getting a shower and get on with your day. The pub right underneath the accommodation was currently under renovation during our stay, so can't say anything about it, but looked nice from outside. They have a gated car park behind the building so you can securely park your car off road, which is really good point, considering the
