Used to be great, now they promise to phone back but never do. Sold me a flight that didn't exist then said I was only entitled to a credit note. Never heard from them again. Distance selling regulations I doubt they understand.

Terrible holiday from start to finish ( although the hotel was beautiful) and these people not the slightest bit interested in my complaints. I am 65 years of age, I'm a world traveller and never had to complain before . The customer service representative has been less than helpful and has not given straight answers to any of my issues. They won't even answer if they booked my holiday as a "package tour" and are expecting me to deal with the airline directly after they cancelled our connecting flight. We were left on Istanbul airport for 10 hours without food or drink, no wheelchair for my daughter

Dreadful company. Our trip to Cyprus was cancelled due to Covid and despite numerous phone calls and emails we still have not received a refund, just been lied to and now they have gone quiet. I feel they are taking advantage of the fact that the lead booker is an elderly lady who is not familiar with systems in place or with using the internet to resolve issues. Will be taking them to the small claims court if this is not resolved and will never use this company again. Shameful.
