Quick check in and out, polite staff. No problems with water, heating, food, room... 90 percent of the staff seems to have started working there a few days ago and have no clue what to do or how to direct you to your room. Breakfast time service is okay if they don't have many people dining, otherwise they need a while to react. Oh, the shower was completely blocked up and the drain was filthy and full of hair.... All in all, not bad for the money. Place needs revamping

Efficient check in & nice room; WiFi was non existent in room (Black Watch) & specifically asked as it was required for work. Room was ridiculously hot, with only 1 window opening out of 3 & a 24hr hot towel radiator. Breakfast was nice, very prompt service, the ‘fresh fruit’ at breakfast is mostly tinned.

We had afternoon tea here in the Conservatory. It was unusual as it contained potato wedges and vegetable pakora as well as Sandwiches and cakes. It was all very good. We had a wait for it but hotel was busy with a wedding party which was lovely to see. The wedding photographs were taken in the gardens of hotel so we were able to watch. Staff gave us extra drinks because we had a wait.

I stayed for 3 nights as I was in the area for work. The location is ideal and views from the room beautiful. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Room was beautifully appointed and bed super comfortable - extra bedding already in the cupboard as well which was very nice. Lots of outlets for charging things and the area was nice and quiet, lovely for a wee wander in the evenings. I will recommend staying here for sure and will be back anytime I visit Perth. Thanks so much! your hotel is lovely and you have amazing staff.
