Services
Our mobile and non-mobile babies benefit from a large, bright, open plan day room, well equipped with the latest in sensory equipment to test their senses and encourage development. As babies spend a lot of time sleeping at this early age, we provide a dedicated sleep room. We constantly monitor the room temperature in the day nursery to ensure the babies are comfortable at all times.
At Monkey Puzzle day nursery we strongly believe that a healthy, balanced diet is essential for growth and development in under 5's. This prompted us to consult with a paediatric nutritionist to formulate a menu that will help give your child the best start in life. We always provide fresh, balanced meals to the children at each meal time with a choice of fresh fruit at snack times.
All children at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries are encouraged to learn through play. Our Curriculum covers all the key areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage and is designed to meet the needs of each individual child. We follow the Government's Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework which sets the standards for learning, development, and care for children from birth up to 5 years of age.
Children accessing a full 5 day nursery week benefit from a discounted rate and are charged on the basis of a 50 week year. You will be pleased to hear that we are eligible to receive Government Funding. The entitlement to Government Funded hours starts the term after the child's third birthday. Put my daughter there for 2 months not at all happy too much bad attitude . Talks incessantly about a 2 yr old having boundaries what nonsense.Its not clean,floors filthy,my daughter came home so mucky every day needed to throw away socks every day impossible to get them clean.Emailed them 3 times not even got a reply, obviously total lack of care about the children when cannot be bothered to reply to emails.

Wonderful place. Would recommend it to anyone.
Friendly staff and management, delicious and healthy food. The nursery is using Famly app which is a great tool to see how your child is developing and how he spends his days in the nursery.
Great support with bilingual child speech development.
Lovely garden and loads of crafts and art classes.

My daughter absolutely loves attending this nursery and she did attend 2 others prior to this and since I moved her she super excited to go every morning. They have recently refurbished their garden and its amazing with lots to do in any weather with an app In place now i can check in on her progress, view photos and receive clear and informative messages about her.
Stacey and Clarrisa are very friendly and professional and both are a credit to the MONKEY Puzzle team.

Just had a tour of this nursery and was blown away by how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. I love the space they have and how light and clean all the rooms were. I managed to pop my head into the kitchen and the nursery cook confirmed that all the food is prepared freshly on site. I have to admit my tummy was rumbling with all the delicious smells! I particularly liked their HUGE interactive board that they use daily for learning, as well as being creative. Not seen that before in some of the nurseries I've looked at so far and I know my son would have so much fun with it. I would definitely
