Hazelbank Primary school is a friendly, rural school, nestled at the foot of Slemish in the heart of the Braid, just outside Broughshane village. We seek to nurture, challenge and educate the individual in a safe, stimulating and disciplined environment where good relationships are fostered and respect for one another is valued.

Services
Hazelbank Primary School seeks to nurture, challenge, and educate the individual in a safe, stimulating and disciplined environment where good relationships are fostered and respect for one another is valued. It replaced three small schools, Upper Buckna, Mullindreen and Racavan (also known as Hazelbank).
Each Board of Governors serves for a 4 year term and then must be reconstituted in accordance with Department of Education and EA guidelines. Elections were held in February to select two new Parent Representatives and after the obligatory PSNI checks and when the Board had confirmed their own appointments a new Board of Governors was constituted for the 2018- - 22 period.
