Little Explorers Nursery
All children, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities and children who speak English as an additional language are well prepared for school. Older children recognise letters, sounds and eagerly practise writing names and numbers correctly. Staff support all children well to gain good communication and language skills.

For example, older children are keen to talk about their favourite toys at 'show and tell' time. Staff ask a range of effective questions and model the language associated with thinking. Our aim is to help each child meet their full potential, academically, socially and emotionally. We believe that if children feel happy and secure, they will learn and grow as individuals.
Services
At Little Explorers Nursery, we believe that children learn when they are having fun. Children daily take part in planned and child initiated activities, which support children's learning and development with effective teaching. We provide learning opportunities in line with the EYFS as well as opportunities that strengthen the child's physical, emotional and social skills.
We take great care to provide children with nutritious and wholesome food, prepared by fully qualified professionals. We provide a 3-week rotational lunch and tea menu and cater for special dietary requirements. The main courses are always served with vegetables/salad to ensure children get all the vitamins and minerals they need to stay healthy.
You are bound to feel a little apprehensive about leaving your child at nursery for the first time - every parent does. That is why it is important that you are completely comfortable with the child care you choose. Little Explorers Nursery in Kingsbury can help put your mind at rest by providing a safe, loving and stimulating environment for your child.
Please reach out to us at info@littleexplorersworld.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question or if you would like further information. All 3 and 4 year olds become eligible for the Funded Early Education entitlement the term after their third birthday and are entitled to 570 hours of childcare which is 15 hours per week for 38 weeks out of the 52 week year.
We encourage all our parents and carers to come in for a viewing before registering with us. This will give you a chance to look around the nursery, meet the team and allow us to answer any questions that you have. Once you are happy to proceed we will go through the rest of the registration process with you which entails agreeing to our Parent Contract Terms & Conditions and completing a Direct Debit Mandate.

My daughters have been at LE since they were 16 months. it has been such a brilliant learning adventure for them. They have learnt so much and come home every day sharing a new skill. The smiles on their faces when they have to go to nursey just tells you how lovely it is and the friends that they have made. The staff are very nurturing and pleasant, they provide feedback, give ideas and I will surely miss them when my daughters leave to go on their school adventure. I highly commend this nursery to anyone.

We love this nursery! My son has improved in all areas since starting here. All of the staff are so lovely, they really care about the kids and it shows because my son is so happy to go in everyday. They have excellent extra curricular activities that my son loves doing. Staff here are engaging, proactive, professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend Little Explorers!

So happy with this nursery. My child has been going there for a while and I have recommended this place to so many friends. I was recommended by my sister to go here last year and I am so grateful for the recommendation. Mrs Shah, the owner, is so nice and humble and it's always a pleasure to see her. The care the staff have for the children is amazing to see. My child is so happy going to nursery and she misses it when she doesn't go in. If only this place was open on weekends to!!

This preschool lacks qualified staff. Most staff members do not have children which reflects their lack of understanding of children and poor level of care. They left my daughter crawling about on the floor, near the entrance door of the nursery on Wednesday (this week) whilst 2 staff members sat around conversing. My husband found her there when picking her up. I have also found my daughter with terrible nappy rash on numerous occasions, which indicates they are leaving her in wet nappies for far too long before deciding to change her.
She comes home on the days I send her there having touched

My little one had been at little explores for nearly a year and I can't rave more about this place.
At 12 months, we started her in and as first time parents were very worried she would not settle in well. She has thrived!
She has days/ weeks where she doesn't eat much or sleep much, but that's part of the parcel with a toddler. The staff have shown they will go above and beyond working with us to resolve it as quickly as possible (to the point , i now ask for tips! )
A lovely team, and wonderful management members that strive for excellence with the children and their development.

My son have attended Little Explorers Nursery since July and it has been such a pleasant experience with the entire team. He was not talking much when he started, just very little gestures and pointing communication, however in just few months he is able to talk a lot more and have learned all his teachers names. The nursery has an online app where they enter details of your child's activities along with pictures which was brilliant. He also had an assigned mentor who would kept track of his progression which was recorded and communicated with me. They also share what kind of day he had during

I highly recommend this nursery,
my son was there every day for almost two years and he loved it, he made a lot of friends, the Staff always supported us.
My son had a problem with a speech in the first year, and with the help of nursery that helped us find a professional for him, we got therapies much faster.
Our son had all the support and was very happy there.
