The concept was born in Belgium when founder Robert Lindsay fell in love with the country's beer culture and tradition. He soon returned to north east Scotland to start brewing his own beers, six°north of Brussels. We make modern, artisanal beers that are driven by Belgian tradition and inspired by modern brewing practices.

Nice view from the room...
There is no proper place to check in. You must walk with you language to the restaurant. Only continental breakfast between 8.00am - 9.00pm.
When we checked out and I went outside one of the staff shouted on me I didn't pay the bill..( I payed when I checked in). I come back with receipt. No apology or anything..

Very average food, for a slightly high price. Will try most other places nearby before I go back here I think. Lots of unfamiliar beers that are hard to find out about, sort of needs a "wine list" for them. 2 pints cost over 12 quid. Not an awful experience eating here but nothing to recommend either.
