Services
I have well over 40 years experience in childcare, I am NNEB trained, have been a childminder, a teaching assistant, a playgroup assistant, had my own nursery and been a nursery manager oh! and a mum to 3 children, 2 sons, 1 daughter and grandma. Now with my daughter Holly (Level 3 in childcare) we are offering a childcare facility in the grounds of Swimbridge nursing home.
At Swallow we want to demonstrate an ambitious vision, have high expectations for what all children can achieve and ensure high standards of provision and care for children. All staff will continue improving their practise, and will continue to work effectively as a team, in caring, educating each child and working in partnership with parents.
Throughout the day the baby's routines will be followed i.e. feeding and sleep times, however if at any time they can partake in activities with the other children they will do so, so routine may change a little. These activities could be painting, cooking, gloop, shaving foam, custard the messier the better.
