Waterjet cutting is a fast growing machine tool process, due to its versatility and capability to cut most types of materials, manufacturers are realizing that there are virtually no limits to what waterjets are capable of cutting. Major benefits of waterjet cutting include; no heat generated structural changes, cold cutting process, virtually burr free cut edges, reduces finishing operations and no material distortion or discolouration.
High definition plasma delivers a constant high precision quality cut on thickness from 1mm to 20mm thick. Plasma cutting process is a method based on melting the steel or other material; the material must be able to conduct electricity. Electricity is used to heat the material and the melt is blown out of the cut with the plasma gas jet.
We offer CNC precision machining, milling and turning. As well a working to conventional drawings, we are able to work with DXF, IGES and PDF files, sent either by e-mail or supplied on disc. We work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminium, brass, copper, plastic, and exotics, such as titanium.
