I have dealt with Mac for a new van purchase. Sadly due to issues beyond his control and mine the van did not go ahead, this is very unique however Mac did everything he could to find me a suitable vehicle and put me in contact with other ford dealers who had stock. I am disappointed I could not see the deal through with him but his level of service and commitment to finding me a vehicle was second to none !

I was allocated this company by my insurers to repair damage to my car. They told me that it was booked in for 8 hours. I left them the car on Monday (week 1) and it was Thursday before they'd even got the parts. I was going to be away for week 2, but was assured that it would be ready on my return (in Week 3). Ringing them on the Tuesday of week 3 I was told that they couldn't promise it would be ready that week, taking 8 hours' worth of repairs into a fourth week.
A shambles from start to finish(though when the finish will be, who knows?).
Avoid like the plague, I'd suggest.

Awful experience. Booked to test drive a car, drove an hour to get to place, turned up, no welcome, no introductions, got ignored, went to see car ourselves. No information about car given, was an effort for them to unlock it for us to see inside and to see size of boot, no friendly staff. Decided there and then to not have test drive. We made an excuse but wished we had said why. Will never buy from this dealership. Shocking service. Would give 0 stars if possible
