The Hannam family has been in the motor industry for over 50 years with Ashley taking over running the family business circa 1990. Having always specialised in luxury and select prestige marques, the wealth of knowledge and expertise is consistent throughout the Merv Hannam team which Ashley proudly spear heads.

Merv Hannam was born in Poole in 1931 and after leaving the army in 1951 became a well-known speedway rider representing both his town and country for many years. His car business started from home in the late fifties before moving to its present site on the corner of Wallisdown Roundabout, Bournemouth in 1966.

We found Merv Hannam via Auto Trader, liked the Sport Range Rover, arranged everything over the phone, buying and part exchanging, so a bit of a gamble. After driving for 2 hours, as promised a beautifully presented car was awaiting us, with no fuss, an easy transaction, we purchased our new car. Bought a Range Rover Sport from Merv Hannam without viewing, everything was as Alex described, excellent car. Delivered FOC within a few days.
Just had an issue with jammed piston and calliper (wouldn't have been known when sold), which was handled immediately, and without question. Rare to find such an honest, reliable Car dealership, with a warranty to match! Exemplary service. Will be back!

Viewed a Porsche Panamera remotely via video, agreed a fair price and ordered car. Delivered up to Edinburgh 4 days later by a very courteous driver. Car exactly as described and very pleased with it. Missing a 2nd key and Alex, as promised arranged a replacement sent direct to me by Porsche. Great service and distance no problem when you can trust the garage.

Purchased a Range Rover Evoque in October 2019 and part exchanged my Mercedes C220. Wished I hadn't as the turbo blew up in July this year. It cost me just shy of 3k to rectify/replace. During this time the computer also flagged up that there was an issue with the front brakes. I was assured the front discs and pads were done prior to me purchasing. Unfortunately whoever Merv Hanam got to do the brakes didn't replace the brake sensor wires.
I rang to inform them about the turbo and that I was very disappointed as have only done 4k in the car since purchasing. I also informed that one of the hoses
