Really pleased with my experience with Poole Audi. My car was recalled and I booked into my local Audi dealership. Really friendly and efficient team members. Was offered a warming coffee and a comfy seat (all very well spaced out) while I handed over my car. The facilities are spotless and this is reflected by the really helpful team members. If I could give them 6 Stars I would! Thank you Poole Audi.

I was looking for a new car and originally went too Poole Audi to view their stock, in particular a Q5.
Once in the showroom, an A5 caught my eye and I had the pleasure of being introduced to Antonio:
From start to finish he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasingly not pushy. He worked with me to find the best deal for me and, in no small part due to him, I purchased my A5. Antonio was very accommodating, working around my schedule, and when I went to pick it up his excitement was infectious; you could see he was genuinely proud to be handing the car over to me and he took great pride

Purchasing a new car from Poole Audi was a really easy and stress free experience. The whole process from the initial quote through to signing all the documents was carried out by email. We were looked after by Sam Forrester and he kept in regular contact providing updates at every stage and always replied promptly to any questions we asked. We met Sam in person for the first time when we collected our car and found him to be very friendly and helpful. We have already passed on Sam’s contact details to a friend and would highly recommend using both Sam and Poole Audi.

We picked the wife's tt up from here a couple of weeks ago. They whent to trouble of gift rapping it for her. What a great touch. The staff couldn't do enough for us with lovely coffee and even let our dog in the showroom and the office. The only disappointment was, I wanted to purchase some tt extras out of the merchandise cabinets but apparently the weekend sales teams don't have keys so I couldn't buy anything. Must be a massive loss of sales there guys🤔 thanks to the guy that dealt with our sale (sorry, can't remember your name) the car is perfect and my wife loves it. 👍

In fact the quality of the service, care and attention was second to none and puts many of the other dealers I have bought cars from to shame, including Mercedes, Aston Martin and Jaguar. Up until today the best experience and service was from a small Honda dealer in Brockenhurst, but Poole Audi have surpassed all of them.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody and Mary Miah and John Beales are

What a GREAT place to buy a car from!!
Lovely surroundings, huge choice of vehicles to look at, everything 5 stars... Ben the sales specialist (and he is), was absolutely brilliant from start to finish; and the courtesy bottle of Burgundy was a nice touch to take home. Honestly cannot fault Ben and the team at an amazing place!!
