Our school is located in beautiful grounds at the very heart of the village and we make the most of these wonderful surroundings and facilities to enrich and enhance the children's learning. We value our local community very highly taking every opportunity to be involved in local events. We also hold events such as the annual Firework Display, where the community join with us.
Residents visit our school to share their local knowledge with the children. Our school has many pupils from the village but we also welcome children from the surrounding areas. The app works alongside our new website to help keep you all updated on important news, events, photos and information about the school.

By providing a stimulating environment where children feel confident and safe but also challenged, we develop motivated and highly engaged independent learners.
We want children to have a calm and happy start to their school day so we ask that they arrive on time. Key Stage 2 children enter the school at 8.40am with Years 3 and 4 entering through the main gate and lining up and Years 5 and 6 through the Learning Centre Gates. Morning playtimes last for fifteen minutes, during this time children can have a healthy snack and socialise with their friends.

This is a fantastic school with excellent leadership and a team of staff behind her that are second to none. They are always friendly and the children seem to love going in each day. We have 3 children at the school in 2 years and feel they are getting the best education and life skills daily. The lunches are amazing along with their choices including a daily vegetarian option. They have been fully compliant with all covid measures in order to ensure that the children and staff are being kept safe. I cannot recommend this school highly enough for children of all primary years.
