Food OK but nothing special, service OK but not great from one member of staff, starters literally felt like it was thrown in front of us! So much so that we laughed out loud, a couple of minutes later he returned and said "so is it nice!?" He didn't seem happy at all. After our meal we asked for the bill which was brought, we then sat there for at least 10 minutes before our happy server passed and I said can we pay? and he said "go to the till!" Needless to say, we won't be rushing back.

Tried this restaurant after a short stay in the town .
Having read the reviews and decided on an Indian meal after a few beers
Everything on the table was so well cooked full of flavour and the portion sizes were just right ,I didn't have staters only poppadoms and pickle tray but the curry a chef recommended dish with chicken and chill and coconut was one of the best I have tried ,
I would highly recommend this place

Excellent cuisine, the chef knows his stuff and it’s never a problem to alter a dish to your taste - the coriander chicken is particularly good. The staff are friendly, they have plenty of hand sanitising stations and apparently they’ve all had their vaccines which is reassuring. It was a nice atmosphere when we dined in. We have used their delivery service also, which was really efficient. Well worth a visit.

Decided to order takeaway from Rasoi based on TripAd and on recommendation of owner of our Airbnb. Biggest problem was the excessive colouring. That said it doesn't affect the taste. Tikka masala far too sweet for our taste. The flame dish was very oily, very very red and very minty. Never had this dish from any other restaurant before so nothing to compare with .. but wouldn't have it again. Chicken in the balti was dry.
Overall, we were really looking forward to this meal and the concensus from 5 of us was 2 I'd give it another chance and 3 I'd go somewhere else next time.

We loved eating here with our party of 8. We ordered many of our favorite traditional Indian dishes and then we ordered several suggestions from our waiter that were amazingly delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. This is restaurant is a must place to eat if you're craving Indian food.

A new restaurant in town. Very stylish and airy. Lots of room. Excellent food but the service was very slow. Quite pricey, they have a minimum charge of £15 per head, which seems to be what many Indian restaurants do now. However, good flavours and they'll adjust the recipe to your liking if you ask them to. Very polite and helpful staff.
