Hello, I have been working at Broadgate Primary school for many years both in the Nursery and Reception classes. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else! We are a great team not just within Reception, but across the Early Years and the school as a whole. Outside of school I love to spend time with my family especially going on holidays and days out.
Recently I have enjoyed going for long walks and spending time in my garden. The best thing about working in Early Years is that no two days are ever the same. We are able to give the children the opportunities, both indoors and out, to develop their own interests and personalities.

Services
Our school provides the foundations for life and lifelong learning by offering positive, rich experiences for all its pupils. It is characterised by high standards in all subjects, providing a creative, broad and balanced curriculum. Children are engaged in learning that develops and stimulates them and excites their imagination.
At Nursery we are able to offer additional day care hours for 3-4 year old children. All children are entitled to 15 hours free Nursery Education which can then be topped up with additional day care hours. The service provides a seamless balance of childcare enriched with playful learning experiences.
Broadgate Primary School is a highly inclusive mainstream school that caters for a diverse range of needs, backgrounds and abilities. In order to achieve our ethos of "happy, successful and confident" we have worked hard to design a curriculum that meets the needs of all our pupils regardless of any barriers to learning they may have.
At Broadgate, we recognise the contribution of PE to the health and well-being of the children. We believe that an innovative, varied PE curriculum and extra-curricular opportunities have a positive influence on the concentration, attitude and academic achievement of all our children.

This is a fantastic school. Brilliant, caring teachers, a lovely and very effective Head and great pastoral care. The children are all very polite and its rare to see any bad behaviour. it’s obvious that they’re very caring and concerned about one another, reflecting the ethos of the school as a whole. There’s a lovely community feel at Broadgate and in the four years my children have attended the school I can’t really fault them.

I absolutely love Broadgate school! I have two children at the school one in Reception and the other in year 2.
Prior to school both my children had never been to nursery so I was sure that they would find leaving me hard when they started school, which they did but the way the school and staff helped them through those difficult few weeks was amazing.
My daughter was so shy and wouldn't really talk to the adults or in large groups of friends at the start of school but now she is asking to read parts in the special assemblies they have!
Both my kids have made great connections with staff and
