What an awful company to deal with.
Being promised the Ford Ranger Wildtrack was in perfect condition and drives perfectly was a complete lie.
Since the car was delivered there was a number of issues such as, crack in the windscreen, steering wheel out of alignment, mud flaps didn’t even fit the pick up, the alpha canopy wasn’t even connected, paintwork on the tailgate was dreadful and also didn’t come with full service history.
2 months down the line it needed £700 worth of repairs. Which in fairness they covered part of the costs.
1 month later a further £150 worth of repairs.

I was after a pick up truck for my business, from the moment I made initial contact the team were very helpful and patient. They gave me all my options and I am delighted to be the owner owner of a Ford Ranger, I wanted the windows tinted and some different wheels to make it stand out and Jerry organised everything and when it was all complete they delivered it to my door, nothing was too much of an ask. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AND PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM WITHOUT A DOUBT.

A GREAT OLD VALUES DEALER
I went to Fouracres to see a ford ranger, I was limited as to what I could buy as I’m not VAT registered, so Jerry the owner took the time to show me all around the car he had, and gave me some great advice and instructions on where to purchase another car if his wasn’t suitable. This sort of service is sadly missing from most dealers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone and would return to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased a Ford Ranger from this garage in 2018. I was assured by Vanessa that Fouracres only sold good quality vehicles.
Unfortunately, that has simply not been the case in my experience. I have spent thousands of pounds on it to date, just to keep it on the road.
EGR cooler system had to be replaced, valve consul and megatron ,new battery, glow plugs and abs sensor. I have also had to replace 3 headlamp bulbs@£50 each time due to module resets.
The purchase of this vehicle has caused me nothing but stress and has been a constant drain on my finances, think very carefully before making

This is our second car we have brought from Jerry & Vanessa. Once again such great service, very welcoming & happy to help. After an accident which saw us loosing our beloved Audi they helped us to quickly sort a replacement for another well looked after Audi. MOT done, service & cambelt/waterpump. No job to small. Also helped with moving our private plate. Highly recommend them :-)

Very unprofessional. I emailed to make an enquiry about a car and to check if it was negotiable. I received a very sarcastic and rude email back. I mean if it's not negotiable just keep your ethics and still address potential customers appropriately rather than taking things personal. Very disappointed!
