Fantastic customer experience with Wings Skoda. Saw a car that I liked last week, so got in touch with Wings, and Harry got back in touch straight away. Harry then sent a cracking walk around video of the car I liked, which clearly showed the car in very good detail. He also explained things very clearly in the video about some of the things I'd queried. Everything then went like clockwork, and although I had to drive up from West Wales to trade my car in and pick the new car up, it was worth it, as the customer service was excellent and the new car was absolutely immaculate. I have purchased 3 cars from Skoda and am currently in talks with the excellent Nic Wattiez about the new shape Skoda Fabia.

I bought a used approved Skoda Karoq 1.5TSI with DSG gear box. An absolutely superb car. Excellent looking car, great build quality and a complete pleasure to drive.

Cleanliness
I collected my car from Wings, Kings Lynn dealership. The car hadn’t been valeted. The interior was disgusting. The Sales person said he would arrange for me to take my car to Wings Peterborough for a valet. The standard at Wings Peterborough

Really great customer service from Scott, not at all pushy. Helpful and genuine. Made enquiries around the best finance option available for me and kept me up to date with the finance progress etc.

Just before Christmas my wife and I visited Wings Skoda as part of a general ‘look around’ with a view to buying an electric vehicle. Or initial contact with Wings Skoda was with Harry Kent. On Monday 10th we visited again for a test drive of an Enyaq with Harry. On that day we visited 5 different garages for test drives and were struck by the difference in the experience we had at each. As a result of our visits we have actually decided to purchase a vehilce which was not a Skoda, partly because it meets our needs and partly because the availability was weeks rather than months.
However,

I visited Wings Skoda a few weeks ago with my partner as he wanted to trade in his old car and get an upgraded Octavia. We saw the sales manager, Nic, who went through how much we could get for our old car and it was put down as a deposit for the new one. The new car was very clean upon pick up and all new technology was demonstrated.
Highly recommend Wings to anyone looking for a Skoda.

They bought the car I had for sale. the transaction was completed without any hassle - money in bank following day. Out of all the companies I contacted their procedure for purchase was the simplest and most straightforward.

The quality of the sales service has been outstanding. It has been a difficult time due to Covid and delays owing to issues with chip manufacture but throughout Kieran has been responsive and helpful, keeping me informed. Nothing has been too much trouble and I feel fully equipped to be an EV owner.

Just bought my first Skoda from Wings in Peterborough.
I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff, right from the first time we went there and all subsequent visits up until we took delivery of the car.
Kieran Slocombe, the salesman who dealt with us went the extra mile with us by arranging some tuition on how some of the systems worked on our car, which we hadn't had on any previous car, and also helped sorting out a small problem which occurred after delivery.
He advised us well on which extras which would be useful and enhance the car, and also on the ones which weren't so
