Purchased another car from here - second time round so must be doing something right. Considering the purchase was during a pandemic, fuel shortage and general issue with HGV drivers - they found me a vehicle, fueled it up and got it ready to go really quickly. I knew what was happening every step of the way!

Poor Sales service - brought a new car from here and wanted to change it after just over a year...they never return your calls! Went in to see them about this and asked on 3 occasions to give us a call but they never bothered. If you do get to speak to a salesman they can even say they are too busy to speak to you as they have paperwork to do! Really only interested in selling new cars on finance. We brought another Mazda from elsewhere in the end and would not buy from here again. Very disappointing

I cannot find any fault with the service during and after our car purchase. Simon from the start offered honest and quick advice on our budget and a realistic valuation on the car we were trading in.
The whole process was made easy and gave us reassurance in the lead up to buying the car. Simon kept in constant contact and all this on a used car. The service recieved was better than I've experienced elsewhere when buying a new car!
Their after care service is also second to none. Mike has touched base a number of times making sure everything is going well.

Following recall work completed on my car, was left with a faulty fuel gauge casing me to run out of petrol. On inspection myself I found the fuel pump had not been reinstalled correctly during the recall work which caused the issue. Luckily I was able to fix myself rather than risk giving my car back to them.

Sales service and aftercare staff I spoke to have all been very helpful and friendly. Sales process went smoothly and recent first year service was easy to book in and collect. A good job seems to have been done by the service team.
Unfortunately during the service some money was stolen from my car, not a huge amount (I keep parking change in the arm rest) but none the less there is a thief working in the servicing / valeting group as of 01/07/2016.
