This is in order to reserve the property and remove it from our availability list. The holding deposit will be deducted from the first months rent due, should the tenant withdraw from the proposed letting, through no fault of the landlord or the agent, all or a proportion of the 'Holding Deposit' will be retained in order to cover any reasonable costs (which will be outlined in full).

Most unprofessional company we’ve ever done business with, and they try to scam you out of every penny they can. They do not take care of their properties and when there is an issue in one it takes months to repair. They rarely communicate with their tenants and are incredibly disrespectful on the rare occasion that they do. NEVER rent one of their properties.

This company shouldn't exist, very unprofessional, I placed an offer on a house they accepted sent all my personal details. from there on they stopped replying to my email and didn't answer my phone calls. eventually I was told the house is sold to someone else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE COWBOYS.

Really bad service, I drove 3 hours to view a property as I'm relocating cities (which they were informed of) I have also offered to pay the entire tenancy upfront to help move things along easier. On the day of viewing a property with them I called to inform them that I was running 10 minutes late only to be told that they had cancelled. I received no notice of this, no text/call/email. Absolutely shocking service! I'll take my money elsewhere!
