Work is fine, but I can't get my p45 already 2 months. I left my job in august still don't have any information about my 45.

An all round great bunch, very personable and accommodating whist remaining friendly and professional….without a doubt one of the best high street based agency’s and the team in Northampton have been instrumental in restoring my confidence when returning to work post pandemic. First class.

So far so good, just think is a little weird until now no one from the agency introduced themselves to the associates in person. We don't even no how they look like. We never met.

The best job agency in Northampton. Claire and Anna are awesome! They find me a job just on the next day. After 3 months I get a contract and I'm not even a year in England. Very communicative and helpfull team (except Sarah). I recommend after resigning from the worst one - MEM recruitments.

Critical: Quality
Do not use- Misleading hourly rate, job description, never cared for their placement, all they care about is themselves, if you decide to sign with this company make sure you get the rate in writing, the position they are putting you forward for. The companies will take advantage of you with threats, bullying abuse.

After a while being unemployed,acs have me a chance and I've not looked back and happily now employed with a future to look forward to,easy to join and upload your details in these difficult times also had no problems with wage payments which were always in bank when supposed to be.ACS thanks for the opportunity .

I responded to a vacancy on a Job Board and within an hour ACS Recruitment got back to me. We discussed the role and I was put forward for the position. An hour later ACS Recruitment told me that I had got the job! Thanks ACS for being so responsive. As some one going back into the job market for the first time in many years, I have found all the staff at ACS very professional and helpful. They also have a good sense of humour and are willing to take the time to explain things to ensure everything is completed right first time.

ACS is an excellent agency, by far one of the best i have ever worked for. Alex, Charlotte and the rest of the team i have dealt with have been amazing. Nothing is to much trouble. always very responsive i have worked for them for over 4 months now. i would highly recommend ACS to anyone looking for work. they care about their staff and always on hand to help. :)

I have had a great experience with ACS. Alex has supported me throughout my interview process, is always available to talk through any questions I have and has presented me with a great opportunity with one of her clients. I would definitely use in the future and will recommend to anyone looking for a new role.

Thankfully during my career I have not needed the services of a recruitment agency until now.
However I have plenty of experience in employing some and their candidates in the past in my role as an Operations Manager.
Suffice to say the quality of service and calibre of agencies and candidates can vary tremendously. Some did not appear to have the ability to listen to and absorb the candidate profile I was after which is very disappointing and frustrating and an additional cost to my business when people they were providing were not a good match.
