Most weeks I received incorrect pay either incorrect hours or the wrong rate. Still owed money by the company. I also still haven't received my p60 or holiday pay. Also went to check my employment contract and its in someone else's name and address which is a data breach. Which is a concern as I don't know who my employment contract has been sent to. They also never answer the phone or respond to emails.

The staff were very polite and helpful at first. However, once I decided I would not be able to work at the company provided anymore because of my school timetable, I was not paid. I have been waiting patiently for over a month. EVERY time I contact their staff, they say "next week", or they read the messages and do not reply. I have called multiple times and all calls have been sent to voicemail or blatantly ignored. I am not one to write reviews, but this has gone on too long. I made it clear I am a student who is working long and late hours to support myself at school. IF I COULD RATE THEM ZERO

Very unorganised staff with no complete information and details of the clients provided while offering a job. Need to hire some professional staff who can communicate. Also anything you do over 40 hours they don't pay you. They literally make you chase them for weeks. Absolute nightmare.

Please avoid working for them. They don`t pay on time and in my case not at all. My brother worked for the UEFA2020 event and he was paid for half of the shift he has done. I contracted them maybe 25 times, still nothing. Also they cancel shift in the last minute. I mean he was on the bus on his way to work when they texted him 30 mins before the shift starts that they don`t need him. What a joke.

They are the worst recruitment agency I have ever dealt with, my husband applied for a security job and provided all the correct information. Yet the employees of the agency obviously have no idea what details they need for what job role. The employees of the company cannot speak good English nor they are able to communicate with the clients. They were requesting different documents every time my husband spoke to them and also called him to see them in Feltham 5 or 6 times with different documents. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS AGENCY IT IS A FRAUD!!!!!!

Worked for them for a couple of months this year. I've now got a new job and they are needing references from staffing match. Staffing match are non existent in not replying to many emails/phone calls to them trying to chase the reference which I need to start a new job. It has been more than 2 weeks and no response. I'm pretty sure a reference would take 5 minutes, if that, to send to a new employer. Contacted a certain staff member who gave me shifts previously and they read but ignore all messages as they aren't interested in anything that doesn't earn them money. This is the most incompetent

As I came to the reception for a job along with my mom. A very fun loving guy said hello to us with a big smile and introduced himself that his name was " Raj and how can I help you today?. We were so surprised as we have been to this agency many times before but we were never made to feel so comfortable and welcomed.
We actually came to search for a job for my mum, and he understood our concerns very well and advised us that there is a job at Terminal 5and went through all the details of the job very accurately. He made us feel very happy as my mom was offered a job which no one did in the past
