The Group was formed by a team of industry experts including Tony Berry (the former Chairman of Blue Arrow and Manpower) and Ian Langley (former Chairman and current Director of infrastructure, process and energy specialist, Airswift).

We are working towards full ISO registration and we have been successfully audited by a number of external bodies including the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), the NHS and various blue chip clients.
Recent years have seen exciting developments within Berry Recruitment through organic growth complemented by targeted acquisitions. We are continuing to invest in our operations and expect to achieve turnover in excess of 70 million during 2021. Very unprofessional, a team member named Vinay send me an email for the warehouse operative role,I called him on Sunday and he says will send a form for me to fill up but on Monday I didn’t receive anything?I emailed and message him again but didn’t get any response! Mark is good as he respond very quick but don’t think he is working there

We have had a lot of people from berry not many happy. My friend was told she would get 4 days holiday plus 1 day work she spoke to someone at berry to confirm this. BUT they are only going to pay 1 day. Not very professional or understanding she has been left in a bad situation with rent etc They were asked to rectify this but they said NO That’s Berry !!!!!! not nice
