I started my journey with Crosse & Crosse at the start of this year (2021) with the lease extension on my flat. I had never used them before, but after painstakingly searching law firms online I came across C&C through an article they contributed to on Moneysaving expert & I contacted them.

Both were professional, friendly, communicative and extremely knowledgeable in their field. As it turned out my freeholders made a booboo so Tim's job was relatively easy in this circumstance & I was

Used Crosse & Crosse family department for many years until recently. Unfortunately the customer care & communication has deteriorated. They were unable to return calls or emails within a reasonable amount of time and we were forever chasing them. Our solicitor went on maternity leave in the middle of court proceedings and the solicitor covering her work after four weeks still had not contacted us to introduce herself. This seemed to us very unprofessional and lost faith. We called the office many times, left messages & sent emails and still no response at all. As the case was getting closer &
