Their online valuation guarantees the price of a car for 7 days unless not as described (mine is mint) .... However I was offered £26,300 for mine only to be called and told the computer over quotes. Then quoted £24,000. £2,300 is a fair amount lower! And most definately not a good price by any standards.

After visiting a variety of garages across the UK, including the local car shop facing pushy and arrogant salesmen, I noticed Spencer Sales had the car I was looking for on their website. After a quick testdrive and a look around the car I was instantly sold. Lee was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all, always keeping me updated and informed, if you're searching for an honest and local car dealership I can't recommend Spencer Cars enough. We traded in and purchased a new car from Spencer's, excellent service from Lee who made the whole process quick and easy. When we had a small issue with the car, Mark in the service centre got it booked in and repaired quickly. Professional and efficient, highly recommend and would definitely use again.

After buying my Focus at Spencers in December I quickly identified the coolant system was holding no coolant. After a quick call to Spencers Mark and the team was quick to take it in and a replaced various parts of the cooling system. Unfortunately this did not solve the issue and further investigation high lighted the head gasket had blown. Obviously a nightmare scenario so soon after buying a car but with the 3 month warranty Spencers have skimmed and refitted the head gasket and rebuilt the engine and now all appears to be working as should with the cooling system at no extra expense to myself
