I’ve never known such a shambles of a company and garage. MOTs not getting booked in correctly; being let down on the day. Servicing and maintenance not getting done on the day is was booked in, even to the point they haven’t looked at it.
So unprofessional and having a fleet of vehicles that we need on the road, you are certainly a very weak link in having fords.

Critical: Punctuality
Had a Ranger on order since July. Was told at point of order delivery time was around 2 weeks. Still haven't got the vehicle, communication is poor and they still can't tell us when it will actually be delivered. Very frustrating as the the salesman Craig must have known the original delivery eta was unrealistic.

Reception staff were friendly and communicative.
Technician assigned to my vehicle was thorough, knowledgeable and accurate.
Price of diagnostics was a bit steep, but it was necessary, so had to be done.

Van repaired at Norwich transit centre. Took 7 days before they could even look at the van (no courtesy van offered) and then on the day it was booked in they didn't look at it, had to chase them for 2 days to get it sorted. Picked the van up after they said it was fixed and it broke down less than 3 miles later with the same fault. Nobody seemed to care when I returned the van. This time around I was offered a courtesy van which had a parking malfunction so I asked for a different vehicle which I now have but is much smaller than my van so unable to carry copper pipes and a ladder which is required
