Brought a car today with my mum. Overall experience today was brilliant start to finish. Pleasure to deal with, no hassle and no pressure sales. Genuinely lovely people to buy a car from. The review states clearly that this was my impression from what I experienced there. I took a look at a Nissan Qashqai about 7500 pounds.
The car had multiple scuffs on sides and back. Rims were damaged.
Interior was not clean.
The engine barely started....after it started the car struggled for some good 20 seconds to keep the engine running.
After letting the engine run for about 3-4 minutes leaks could be seen from a few places.
Also took a look at some other cars that you were kind enough to give me the keys to and inspect

These guys are brilliant.
I purchased a Honda Jazz from them in their Anglia Square showroom, with its rapidly changing stock, last month. Although they were obviously busy Jamie and his Dad couldn’t do enough for me. They were both courteous and professional and, once they had established my needs, they had me on the road in record time.
Their “can do” attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. The car itself was clean, in good order and I’ve had no issues with it.
