Upon being offered the job I was told by Dovetail Recruitment that the director of the company had said that there would be a salary review at 3 months as I had declined the first salary offer. After being told this I decided to accept the job.
After 3 months had past I mentioned this to my manager and when she mentioned this to the Director he said that they do not do 3 month reviews of employee salaries. Dovetail Recruitment lied to me to try and get me to accept the job so that they could get their fee after I had been there for 3 months.

My interactions with Sam Barber was exceptional. Her professionalism and feedback is second to none. Sam found me the perfect role but I wasn't quite ready for it. I found Sam was always available and approachable which made it even more heartbreaking when i took another role and she was equally gracious and supportive. Suzanne is AMAZING! She called me after she came across my CV online and was so helpful and lovely throughout the entire process. Definitely not like other recruitment agents I've dealt with before who try to push you to have an interview even though you both know your skillset doesn't match what the company is after. Suzanne got my skillset and the company 100% right and I was told the next day that I was successful in my role. Having spoken with Samantha Barber regarding a job role that was not really suitable for me, she came back with a opportunity that totally fits my need.
