We came in with a group of 12.
Food was good quality, staff were friendly, lots of banter, they did a good job of being fun and seemed like they were having a good time with us.
There was a little confusion about orders/drinks sometimes but they made up for it with a free pizza that they accidentally cooked haha.
The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because the service seemed a little bumpy and we weren't told that there was a 10% service charge added automatically, so we tipped 10% extra for a total of 20% without meaning to.
My friend was a little miffed that he had to ask for his diet

Beautiful meal, served by beautiful Silvia (we LOVE her)! I am thrilled to have found an authentic Italian restaurant! The food was incredible and full of flavour! The pianist Pallo was fantastic, he created the best ambience for the restaurant. I came for a meal with my mum for my birthday and I can say in full confidence that without a doubt we will be here again. I cannot recommend the place enough. Thank you all in Trattoria Verdi!
