Services
What makes our Cheshire country house hotel feel so different? Someone once told us that instead of acting as if our guests were fortunate to be here, we made them feel like honoured guests. And, of course, they were. You will be too. It's an attitude that starts with the management and staff who run Rowton Hall.
Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa boasts an array of individual event suites from our elegant ballroom with access out into our beautiful conservatory through into the gardens. The Inglenook exudes style, with its grand decor, elegant lighting and large oak fireplace. There is plenty of outside seating, to relax and enjoy the surroundings and watch the sun go down.
In the heart of the Cheshire, Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa offers a wide choice of business accommodation which provides a wealth of history and local tradition, all combined with the stylish luxury of one of Chester's finest 4 star Spa Hotels. We are pleased to offer specially discounted hotel rates and preferential booking terms to local businesses and corporate clients.
Rowton Hall's two floodlit asphalt tennis courts sit in the award-winning gardens and are available for year-round play. Plunge into our 12m pool and you'll always know what to expect: warm water at a constant temperature. Relax in the adjoining whirlpool, let the stresses of the day melt away in the sauna.
Chester Zoo is one of the world's top zoos and is just minutes from Rowton Hall Hotel. You'll find larger, grander exhibits (including Europe's largest orang-utan house and the UK's largest butterfly house), rare species, walk-through attractions and fun, informative talks throughout the day. And we'll help you get in for less.

Lovely hotel, great for bringing little pooches. The quality of the food didn't quite match the prices asked but that doesn't really deter from what was a fantastic stay in a lovely place. Spa and pool are exceptional, staff friendly and generally a perfect stay... Thank you!!

What a beautiful hotel. Lovely staff, delicious food and the bedroom was so divine with double shower and a double bath with bathrobes and slippers. Went for a walk around the grounds which even in December was magical. The hotel was decorated delightfully for Christmas.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Can't praise the staff at Rowton Hall highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble, they are genuinely friendly which enhances their lovely hotel. We spent 4 nights there, dining in the restaurant which was superb every evening. Rooms are lovely, spa facility excellent.Thoroughly recommended for a relaxing staycation

A truly beautiful inn! Staff were exceptionally pleasant and supportive. The lodging is spotless and possesses been flawlessly beautified in energy for Christmas. The food was heavenly. The spa was stunning! The lone thing I would say is we woke up early earlier today to entryways hammering from 5am, and we have remained at numerous inns where this hasn't been seen before as it hasn't upset us. We understood that there is a staff entryway close to our room that shakes each time it closes on the grounds that the entryway bobs.
(Its the entryway prompting outside, we were on the ground floor) .

Reason for visit spa day. Clean. Main spa reception... . expect very chilled and laid back service. Happy for you to do your own thing and ask if you need help. Otherwise your left to your own devices pretty much. Food OK not fine dining.. We had lunchtime menu which formed part of the spa day deal.. Lots of choice. Treatments, treatment rooms and therapists EXCELLENT..they are the reason I'd come back. Pool lovely with steam room and sauna. Robes tired.. Mine had a hole under the arm! I laughed. Oh, there are no disposable slippers so don't arrive in heels, bring your flip flops! Overall a pleasant
