I have to say that the place and staff never let me down. I have stayed many times. It is the cleanest, friendly and welcoming small hotel. Sure the rooms arnt big, sure it has a staircase but it's a seaside hotel with the best sea views in Hastings. Nuff said just book, you will be glad. Oh! I forgot fab fresh cooked breakfasts.

Premium position hotel, 8 minutes walk from the station, opposite to the beach, 1 minute walk to great restaurants, pubs, bars and shops.
The room was adequate for the price i have paid which was competitive . The only downside for me was the mattress, as it was uncomfortable and poor quality however the issue was quickly rectified by Daniela prompt response and the help of the owner.
Daniela is a professional young and lovely efficient lady and also gave me great advice of best places to eat . Muchas Gracias Daniela. Michela

Everything I wanted for my solo trip: a clean single room, good shower, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast (it lasted me til dinnertime!) My rear facing room was noisy at night, which might bother some, but it didn't spoil my sleep.

Booked 2 single rooms, not huge but perfectly adequate. No complaints and a really good price. A fridge for a few cans, very friendly receptionist. Very happy.
