First class service right from the start. As first time sellers with power of attorney for our uncle, Avery Walters guided us all the way through every step of the sale. Always made sure we were kept in the loop, communication is key for Avery Walters and they did not let us down on any aspect. My family have used this company before as they are local, they emailed me with a quote to which I responded that I had quotes significantly cheaper. I was requested to email these quotes before they could do anything on there price. I sent the quotes as requested and just got an email back saying that they couldn’t match them. I never asked them to match the quotes! Lazy attitude on a hot and sunny Friday from them! Clearly if this is how they start a relationship how will it end!

Jackie Smyth - horrible experience. She is not a solicitor, she is a Technical Conveyancer who technically gets everything wrong. When she gets it wrong she blames others for her errors and takes an exceptionally long time to get things done. Be careful with this person as she can make you loose a lot. Impolite with no manners and apparently minimal legal training, unable to understand basic legal processes. The worst experience ever.
