Aston Rowe was founded by Billy Rowe and Luke Simpson, two experienced property professionals, who had been living and working in West London for many years.

Hassan and Harry were an absolute pleasure to deal with when selling my property. Communication was excellent with detailed updates after every viewing and the managed to organise a lot of viewings. A breath of fresh air after originally picking Dexters who were terrible. If I only we had used Aston Rowe sooner!

We recently sold our house through Aston Rowe; of the five agents we saw, Harry talked the most sense; he didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep and he was realistic, but also optimistic about the asking price. We liked him, and the fact tthat he lives locally-Harry really knows, and loves Acton. We found the service from Aston Rowe to be a cut above - from the marketing materials / photos etc to weekly updates, a lot of time and effort was put into our listing.
Hollie, and especially Hassan are brilliant. No nonsense, super friendly, and accommodating. Our sale ended up taking months to complete

I cannot recommend Aston Rowe more as an estate agent. We worked with Hassan and Harry who were always extremely honest, professional and proactive - they were always exceptionally prompt at keeping us up-to-date and did everything they could to sell our flat in Acton. Having worked with a number of different estate agents previously it was like a breath of fresh air working with this team - I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Aston Rowe have been truly great to work with in buying our new home. I cannot recommend them enough. If you're lucky and have the pleasure of dealing with Carl - you're in safe hands. He has great local knowledge, was approachable and reaponsive. He helped us navigate through the whole process from viewings to collecting keys and even fought our case on his annual leave - a true Gent! Cheers guys!

Aston Rowe did a superb job at handling the sale of my parents house. They found a buyer and negotiated a sale very quickly, getting a good price. They also took the stress out of the process and we’re very friendly to work with, which really helped as my parents are elderly and the move would have been more of an upheaval for them otherwise.

I cannot recommend Aston Rowe Highly enough! They have been a constant source of help, knowledge and support over the last few years. Initially employed as my letting agent, they made my new role as an accidental landlord so easy and were always available for advice. Aston Rowe is friendly and professional from start to finish. As a smaller independent, their service is personal and they have excellent knowledge of the local area and property market. And while they certainly get the viewings in, the operation feels less pushy and more tailored than some of their high street rivals - there's no sense of target driven sales or box ticking to satisfy shareholders. The team is a delight to deal with and I have always found Harry approachable and someone who wants to make things 'right' for both purchaser and vendor. I cannot recommend Aston Rowe highly enough.
