If you are thinking about bespoke bridal wear then you have probably exhausted all avenues without finding your dream dress. Maybe you came close but not one design covered all the bases - and compromise, for you, isn't an option. At Emma Guard Design we specialise in creating unique bespoke gowns which fit your custom measurements perfectly.
Well you may have found your dream wedding dress but did you find one with an impeccable fit? Probably not. Fact is that few brides are able to take their new wedding dress from the boutique directly to the alter. This is to be expected. Manufacturers simply cannot cater for every size and body shape so they take their best guess and go from there.
Alterations and repair to most types of clothing. If not then maybe we missed something so please call us anyway to see what we can do to help. Sometimes the word 'alterations' doesn't quite hack it. Often we carry out more than minor alterations and Louise certainly fell into that category. Take a look at her experience here.

Emma altered my wedding dress for me and made me THE most amazing cape using some spare lace that had come with my dress.
Emma’s prices are extremely competitive, in fact she came in cheaper than my wedding dress shop was going to charge - with the added bonus of being local.
To say I felt amazing in my cape on my wedding day would be an understatement!
Emma took my confused “maybe we can make something with this” and gave me the dream wedding outfit!!!

Wow wow wow! Emma guard was incredible from start to finish. I used her for alterations to my wedding dress and given my size and the fact I have scoliosis- there was a few! She was so accommodating, friendly and polite. She was reasonably priced and very passionate about her job. I honestly cannot fault her!
