Friendly to start. Agreed to buy a car approx £5,000. John then said he would need our insurance so he could then tax the car. Paid full amount and was promised the car would be MOTd and valeted. The next day we found the insurance was too high for us so rang John to say we did not want the car.
He then became very rude and said he had insured the car himself and taxed and MOTd it and we could not back out.
We were forced to accept the car. When we went to collect it the valeting had not been done , there were metal brackets and screws in the glove box. There was dirt all around the gear gaiter
