This is probably the worse place I've ever seen. Disgusting dirty bathroom. Smelly carpet full of stains. Very noisy and squeaky floor. Noisy doors. Place stinks of cigarettes. Full of dust in corridors and on stairs. Toilet beyond dirty with toilet seat you wouldn't like to touch. Drafty and cold room. Additional oil heater with broken legs looked like a fire hazard. Broken TV replaced on the second day. Filthy and horrible place charging over £100 p/n! Avoid no matter what!

Where do I start???
Very unwelcoming staff and reception area;not one festive decoration!
Going up, the stairs were filled with weeks of collected dust .
Staff were very noisy until early hours of the morning with disregard for the hotel s guests.
The room reeked of smoke although a non smoking room;toilet was dirty of stale urine and the door to the toilet wouldn't close;window in the bathroom wouldn't close properly ,so very very cold.
One plus -the bedding and towels were clean.
I do hope the hotel management take the criticism positively and improve on.
It s a shame as the are is plentiful

Do not get near this place. Only Looks good in the picture.
When we arrived they didn't change the bed, only stretched it. Hair on the bed. Didn't clean the room (after we asked them to).
I know this is not Hilton. Did not expect that. But they don't do the minimum.
The good thing- good area. Close shop and restaurants. Subway is 10 min walk.

Perhaps most importantly, it's relatively clean and cheap. If you're looking to stay in London on a budget, it's a good place to consider - just a 10 minute walk from a Tube station with easy access to downtown London, various surrounding amenities and staff who were friendly and surprisingly accommodating given the two-star hotel rating. Downsides: room had a weird smell, paper thin walls (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper) and no breakfast on account of the restaurant being under renovations. Otherwise, would stay again on my next visit!

Terrible service. I called to cancel my booking and book further into the future and the very uncouth, unmannerly person on the phone just told me I have guests in front of me and can't talk to you. WHAT AN UNCOUTH PIG. HE yelled at me when I tried to get him to check on my booking to the point where I said "Why are you yelling at me?! I would NEVER stay at your hotel!" Very RUDE manner. Terrible attitude! If they are behaving like that BEFORE even staying there imagine the awful, terrible service they would give, as I have seen people complain about in these reviews. Don't waste your money. I

I regularly stay away because of work. Staying away so much I have seen many hotels some bad some good myself and a Colleague are
Currently here for the first night of 5. We have had no issues at all. This I rate as one of the good ones and fantastic value for such a great location.
The guy on desk when you Arrive was very friendly and helpful. There is lots of “Free” parking, Another bonus is there are also lots of great restaurants near by and only a short walk away.
We are here on a business trip in the top rooms, they are quite basic but very clean and decent and spacious. I got to stay
