In 1909, three gentlemen: Colonel Granville Duff, John Delmar Morgan and his brother-in-law, Commander Oliver Locker-Lampson established a company known as Duff Morgan & Vermont. The name remains to this day, although the company trades under the abbreviated 'Duff Morgan'.

Our partnership with Citroen began in 1984 when we began to sell their cars from a premises on Earlham Road. In 2002 we moved to our present location at Whiffler Road. Since then, we have built up a reputation as one the UK's foremost Citroen dealerships, operating in King's Lynn and Norwich. The company had premises in London's Piccadilly and Norwich.

My first and hopefully my last Internet review! My whole Breakdown experience with Cupra and this dealership has been a complete farce to be honest. The service personnel were rude, arrogant and disrespectful from the out set but the straw that broke the camels back was the ultimatum I was given to either collect my car now or loose the hire car at 3 in the afternoon! Leaving me the choice of rearrange plans last minute or having no car! Not the experience I expect from Seat's 'premium' brand nor one I would expect with a car less than 4 months old! Looks like my 'green' hybrid will have to travel

Absolutely disgusted with the most recent service I recieved. My partner has been bringing his car here for years and only since 2019 things have slowly got worse. SEAT was asked to disgnose a problem with the car - they charged him £105 to 'confirm' that there was a problem - and a further £5 covid charge. They didn't even diagnose the problem. They said that the water pump and cambelt needed changing (the most expensive option). THEN, when I went to collect it, I was told that I was not allowed in the shop as I was mask exempt(!!). They were happy to take nearly a grands worth of money off

Had good service in the past from here, but won't be returning after today.
My wife and I are both exempt from wearing a face covering but despite this we were not allowed in the building. I understand this is a private business and they can set whatever rules they choose.
We're really sweet on a new Ateca but will have to buy one from further afield solely because of this over zealous policy. A shame.

Had a oil change service done only to find that when I got the car home a large patch of oil had developed under the car. Car had to be recovered the next day for them to rectify what turned out to be the oil filter fitted incorrectly. Had to purchase degreaser to clean the drive of the large oil stain, all I got from them was a sorry. I expected more from a main dealer, I might aswell have taken it to bodge and fixit.

My car had a major service, fortunately I have been paying for a service contract so drove away without paying a penny. Nice feeling. They used to clean the car at a service, apparently Covid means they no longer offer that courtesy. Some of the settings had been changed for testing, but not returned to my preference, annoying.
Overall, decent job, pleasant staff.

I'm currently broken down on the hottest day in weeks with a distressed dog after my water pump failed. This just weeks after main dealer service where I specifically asked duff Morgan to check noisy water pump or alternator bearing. So angry they didn't detect or recommend replacing pump at service despite being asked to investigate the noise.The response from duff Morgan stating that no fault was found during the service is, in itself, an admission of incompetence. They washed their hands of it saying ' it happens' Unbelievable!

Bobby is without doubt, THE best sales person I have ever dealt with when buying a car (and I've bought a fair few).
