All the children in our care are encouraged to learn, play and socialise with others, and then flourish through their own individual strengths.
We work with each child to help fulfil their potential, at their own pace. However, we can only provide a mere glimpse, here, of the whole package that we can offer your child. Services
All of our rooms are fresh and stimulating. We passionately believe that day nurseries should feel like a 'home from home' for your little one. We think we have achieved this but you should really come and take a look for yourself. Why not call or email us or pop in for a visit? Our nursery is split into five rooms which cater for the different age groups within the nursery.
We run a Summer and Winter Menu on a four-week cycle. There is a standard menu which most of the children have, but we also offer alternatives according to children's medical, ethnic and religious needs. Nothing is more important that your child's health, and at Unicorn we do our best to protect it.
Parents or carers of two-year olds who are eligible can apply for a free Early place which will fund childcare sessions for fifteen hours per week, flexibly to suit you, 38 weeks of the year. Three and four-year old children are entitled to receive fifteen hours of free early education per week, 38 weeks a year.
Thank you for thinking of joining our team. We pick our team on the values that we cherish, their friendliness and a genuine love of children. If you are looking to work in childcare as a career, we do have a robust apprenticeship training programme on offer in both of our nurseries. We work with various training providers such as Paragon, and local colleges such as Sandwell College.
