We provide permanent staff for all chef and front of house positions at all levels including top end management.

I was recently moving cities and job searching was really difficult, but I spoke to a lady called Victoria Sparks who was really nice and understood the issues with traveling and me not knowing my way around the city. She’s been great help finding a job as well as letting me know if I needed anything else at any time to let her know. I would definitely recommend using Peaks and Dales Recruitment!

Don’t usually do reviews but this Company was by far the best I have been in contact with. Victoria always got in touch to discuss possible jobs and always asked me what I was looking for. Everything from the… interview to the tester day was organised by her. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of work. They know a lot of good people to work for.

Now i usually don't do reviews but this recruitment agency is everything you need to find that hospitality job with the added 5 star service.
i rang and sent over my C.V and got put in the capable hands of Victoria now usually large companies will pass and toss you around the office person to person but having Victoria deal with your application is… a breeze it's what you call a 5 star service!
her attitude and willingness to help is above and beyond and you can feel the passion for her job transfer across in the process of her finding you a placement or your dream job!
within 24 hours she

I've dealt with a few recruitment agencies in the past and I rarely get much joy. Peaks and Dales being an exception to the rule. I found my general experience with the company to be exceptional, attentive and efficient. I had numerous conversations/emails with Vic and she always took the time to listen and discuss my options in full.
