Guiding you through the entire process, and visiting you in the comfort of your home, we make writing a Will as easy and convenient as possible.
You know you need a Will to protect your family and ensure your wishes are respected after you are gone. But what happens if you lose the ability to make decisions while you are still alive? A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) lets you appoint people you trust to make decisions on your behalf, should you lose mental capacity.
When it comes to protecting your assets and the people who are precious to you, it is vital that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. Deciding on the best way to prepare a Will can be confusing. Helping you to make the right decision, our legal consultants make sure you have all the facts.
An appointment to take instructions to prepare your Will typically lasts for approximately 1 hour. Following this, we will endeavour to send your Will within 28 days. Should you require your Will sooner we also offer a Fast Track Service for an additional charge. Although you are entitled to write your own Will, you are strongly advised not to unless you possess the legal training to do so.

I called up and explained what I required at this point I was not told it could not be done within the will would have to be separate but they could do my will, currently at slightly reduced price so booked. Could not fault the information I was given on the call but you can imagine my shock when I was told can be done but not in the will would have to be trust and an additional 350 pds. Went through everything would be told it would be sent to me and I would have to sign for it meaning collection at post office. No issue. Surprise pushed through door been sent normal post. Then in the letter they

Had a great call from John regarding our wills, sorted everything out and given all the informtion we needed and plans for the future.
