Will Power
We had arranged our Wills with Will Power some years ago but, inevitably, circumstances both personal and legislative change over time. The price for the review and updating of our Wills was reasonable and we only hope now that it will be many years before one of us needs to invoke their provisions!.

You can be sure that once we have spoken with you to examine your family's circumstances, we will recommend the most appropriate services for your situation. Our range of products is second to none in the field of wealth and care fee protection. Appoint someone to look after your financial affairs, property, health, welfare and business.

Many people assume quite wrongly that all their property and money will automatically pass to their loved ones when they die, but the truth is that if you don't make a legally valid will the law deems you to have 'died intestate'. This can be distressing for your loved ones who may suffer financial hardship as a result, at a time when they least need it.
If you die without leaving a legally valid Will you will die 'intestate'. As a result the laws of intestacy will be applied to decide who inherits your money, property and possessions. This means your wishes may not be known and family and loved ones may not be adequately protected leaving them to face legal problems and possible financial hardship.
