I cannot fault Michelle and her team. O have had my own will with them for many many years and therefore, have made many amendments to my will. I have always found them helpful and knowledgeable and a recent "very tricky' probate case they did for my mother's estate, was carried out in the professional manner I have come to expect from them. My partner and I did our Wills through Will Drafters Ltd a few years ago and the service was excellent. I had to contact Michelle when I sadly lost my partner nearly 6 years now and she was so helpful and was always at the end of the phone to listen to me during a very difficult and upsetting time. This company's customer service is absolutely diabolical. My mother passed away 4 weeks ago and her will is held with Willdrafters. After several phone calls and emails I'm still waiting for the Will to be released despite several promises and poor excuses saying that it would posted out. The one employee Rita even made the excuse because she had to self isolate after taking herself off to Spain thats why it hadn't been done.
I wouldn’t touch this company with a Barge pole. So be warned!!

I am in hospital awaiting a major operation. Will drafters promised they could get a will out within a week's so it was all sorted before the operation took place for obvious reasons. This was confirmed during the telephone appointment where they said it will be with you in 48 hours...great I thought, peace of mind. Some paperwork arrived 4 days later and it was just forms to fill in...still no will. Try to phone them and only the 'sales' line is available, nobody else is. I have 36 hours before operation now and I am none the wiser. Busy scribbling a will on a scrap of paper from my hospital bed
