My hearing had become so bad I stopped going out to restaurants because I got so fed up of not being able to hear anything, even though I was wearing NHS hearing aids. It was a very isolating experience. Thankfully the audiologist at Pindrop was able to sort me out with a new set of Oticon More hearing aids. I can now hear again and can enjoy going out with my friends and actually hear the conversation.

Very pleased with my new state of the art hearing aids. They took their time setting them up for me with my iPhone and TV. I know that if I have a problem and need to contactthem I will speak to a real person, not a call centre. Louise the receptionist has been very helpful in setting up my appointments. I can highly recommend Pindrop Hearing.

I am very pleased with my new Starkey LivioIn the ear rechargeable hearing aids! They are easy to use and the audiologist set them up with my phone so I can hear the phone through the hearing aids and also control them with an app. Great service from the audiologist and the appointments team who arranged everything seamlessly.

I took my 87 year old Mother to Pindrop Hearing for new hearing aids. We’ve tried high street places before where I felt the so called audiologists were just trying to sell us something. The experience at Pindrop has been totally different and our audiologist Shila has been wonderful with my Mother. She really took her time with her and was patient and empathetic. We have been back a few times to get the hearing aid settings just right and the results have been fantastic. She can join in conversations again and is a totally different person. Thank you Pindrop!

A model in customer LOVING service! Walked in today at 16:15 hoping against hope to get an appointment to look at my blocked ears today. No receptionist saw me, instead the really polite audiologist took me straight into his room and examined my ears immediately without even getting my name, then reshuffles his diary to see me for microsuction within 30 minutes. I have walked into and called about 10 Harley Street practices before this one and I'll never use another! What a rare example of customer care!
