I decided this was the right time for me to work independently in order that I could provide the best care possible & service which truly delights. Very disappointed. They are charging Harley Street rates (£100 for wax removal) and promising Harley Street service (photographic evidence that the ear canal is entirely free) as part of "hour long treatment". I received cursory treatment lasting about three minutes and was then told my ears were clear, without any evidence to show this. Will never return.

Had a session with Abid to unblock my ear and he was really friendly and professional. He gave me a lot of his time, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He also did a great job on my ear using microsuction and pulses of water, being sure that he wasn't causing me pain.
Sure you can get this service cheaper elsewhere, but you're unlikely to be given the same level of care and service. Thanks Abid!

Came in with a pretty bad ear wax blockage and they were able to clean it very quickly and painlessly. Great service to the customer, super nice people, made the slightly uncomfortable experience very easy. Great professionals, highly recommend. Amazing! After years of worrying about whether my hearing issues were more serious than impacted wax, Deepak offered clarity within minutes of speaking to him. Literally.
From the prompt call back, the pre-appointment advice to use an olive oil spray, the reassuring yet modern setting of his practice and the treatment itself, everything was great. Micro-suction for impacted ear wax was what was required and this was quick and comfortable.
Highly recommended and great to be able to support local businesses like this.
