Having gone through 2 other very biased audiologists, trying to sell us a certain hearing aid that wasn't suitable, we were very pleased to have come across Richmond Hearing.
They are extremely professional, patient and kind. I would wholly recommend them to anyone who needed help regarding their hearing loss.

Paul is an excellent audiologist and has looked after me with great care for some time. However, I shall not be using this shop again after my latest very unpleasant and upsetting experience; I am so sad to lose him. However I spoke to two women, one who answers the 0800 appointment number and the manager of the shop. Both, but the manager in particular, are so rude, condescending and patronising that I cancelled my approaching appointment and ended the conversation. It is a great pity that Paul has to lose customers( I am not the only one, as a friend of mine has left for the same reason and I

We have been trying to get a repair done to a hearing aid. Unfortunately not purchased through them, so we were not treated as a priority and actually told this by the audiologist! Appalling statement to make to a customer, regardless of whether the purchaser was made there! If you offer to take on the work you commit as a provider.
After several visits and phone calls managed to get the earpiece replaced but the synchronisation with the working earpiece could not effectively be set. Complete incompetence. Went to Specsavers audiologists and got fantastic service. Will definitely NOT recommend

My husband and I both had free hearing tests. Paul gave a first rate service; I didn't need aids but my husband did and they've well exceeded his expectations. We both received excellent advice and service. We also mentioned a serious hearing problem experienced by our daughter, and Paul was generous in giving time to talk to us about this. We would recommend him to anyone.
