Services
To be eligible for Skilled Visas in Australia you must have an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List, have the right qualifications and work experience and generate a minimum of 65 points. If you are married to, going to marry, or currently live with, an Australian citizen, an Eligible New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident, then you may meet the requirements for a Partner Visa Australia. You can apply for an Australian Partner Visa offshore: Partner (Provisional) Visa Subclass 309 & Partner (Migrant) Visa Subclass 100.
To be eligible for Employer Sponsored Visas in Australia, you need to have: an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List; minimum of 2 years recent, relevant work experience; but not necessarily qualifications (varies with each occupation). Australia allows young people to holiday and work in Australia for 12 months, and longer if you meet Regional working requirements. There are two different Working Holiday visas for Australia; which you apply for depends on the country of your passport. If you complete 3 months specified Regional Work in these 12 months you can apply for a Second Year Working Holiday Visa.
There are various Child visas for Australia which allow a Child to join their Parent in Australia. The Parent that acts as the Sponsor must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. If you hold a Provisional Visa, and then have a child, you must apply for that child to be added to your visa. A child born onshore to an Australia Permanent Resident will be born an Australian Citizen.

The Pathway to Aus team make things simple and easy from the get go. The friendly manner, helpful approach and extensive knowledge of the migration system helped assure me from the start and made things straightforward. I can't express how amazing the guys at the down Under Centre are, honestly from that first phone call with Wez 2yrs ago we have had nothing but exceptional service. Will managed to do the impossible and get us though a mountain of paperwork for hubby's Skills Assessment where he gained his Ozzy qualification and the amazing Jenny has gone above… and beyond answering our mountains of questions at all hours and putting our applications together , because of all this we have only received our invitation to apply for our 491 visas this week!!!

Can't recommend DUC enough. Before we found DUC, we were using another agent, who were getting us nowhere and were frankly awful and were told there was little hope of us getting there. The team not only take a lot of the stress out of the process, but they actively support your journey with access to discounted services, webinars and past customers that have made the move already.
