The company was founded in 1991, originally specialising in travel to Russia and the other countries of the former Soviet Union. Since then the company has developed three complementary strands -. We operate monthly credit accounts for companies and other organisations with a regular need for visa and other travel services. Please feel free to call our Accounts Department at any time to discuss this on 020 7554 3700. We can provide regular accounting and statistical reports, including the frequency of visit to each destination.
Most countries in Europe follow a common Schengen visa policy, established by the EU to provide a consistent visa procedure for the 26 European countries who keep no borders with one another. These countries, known collectively as the Schengen Area, include most countries in the EU as well as a few outside it.
The document(s) to be legalised. Please note that many documents will need to be certified by a solicitor first, before the FCO will legalise them. This is the case with all certificates, whether academic or professional, as well as many other types of documents. Absolutely no knowledge of European Visa applications by Brits post Brexit .
No follow up contact after visa appointment .
Basically a glorified photocopying service and appointment maker , of which the appointment witg VFS Global is free anyway . A complete and utter waste of nearly £300 !

I am very delighted to have found Scott's Visa especially Natalia. She 's a very good help and very efficient. I have no problems with my processing and she helped me secure my appointment for Schengen. 5 star is not enough for the service they have provided. I started working with Scott’s visas a couple of years ago, they return missed calls, deliver what they promise and follow up if you have issues (Royal Mail lost my recorded delivery passport for few days which caused untold headaches). Great friendly company and seamless representation whoever you work with, my contact is Monika and she is always 100% efficient. Perfect every time. Like anything in life you get what you pay for.

I had a very similar experience to another reviewer. Within seconds of my phone call being dealt with I was asked is the sort of thing you think you can afford. I thought I should be asking is this the kind of Russian Visa service you can provide! I was promised a 24 hour visa for myself and my 2 children. I booked planes and trains on the basis of the 99.999% guarantee I was given that a 24hour visa was a certainty!
I duly completed the forms, courier was arranged and my passports and forms were delivered. Suddenly I was told the photos were not good enough, they charge £8 each to print new,

Utterly shocked and disgusted by this service or rather, lack of. Unless you are a daily mail-reading married business executive don't even bother.
Before I even finished explaining my visa requirements I was abruptly asked, What do you do for a living?
I thought I had phoned to ask them questions but it seems it was the other way round, even stranger to be asked a question that has no relevancy in a visa application.
I was then asked, Is the father of your children around?
Quote, unquote.
I began to feel like I was being interviewed for a lone parent benefit application, rather than seeking

I've never needed to use a visa company before. I went with Scott's to obtain mine because onbaining it myself wasn't going to possible and they didn't seem too expensive compaired with the ones I had been recommended. I can't fault the speed of the service, I dropped everything in on Tuesday evening and agreed that the weeks service would be ok. I was surpprised to get a call on Thursday to say that it was ready and I went to pick it up.
