Indefinite Leave to RemainILR Report

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) allows permanent settlement in the UK to overseas nationals. If you are eligible to apply for UK settlement, we can help you to get your ILR. We can arrange appointment with Home Office (UKVI) for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) application.

We also assess and prepare your visa application to a high standard and one of our OISC registered adviser will personally attend application centre who will assist you with the enrolment of your biometrics and submission of your application.In most circumstances clients should have their application approved within 24 hours.

ILR: 10 Years Long Legal Residency Report

If you have lived in the United Kingdom for 10 years lawfully, you will be able to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) gives the freedom to live and work in the UK without any restrictions, and even apply for naturalisation. Now ILR 10 years long residence application can be submitted in person at a premium service centre if you want a decision on the same day.

Family Visa for Spouse/Civil Partner Report

If you are in the UK on a visa which is valid for more than 6 months, then you may be eligible to apply for a spouse/civil partner without leaving the UK. To apply as a partner or spouse, you and your partner both need to be 18 or over. Meet the financial requirement whereby the UK spouse of the applicant must earn at least 18,600 gross per year (from employment, self-employment or other means) or otherwise have savings of 62,500.

New Passport: Transfer of Visa or No Limit Report

If you have a new passport and you wish to have your Limited Leave to Enter or Remain status transferred to it, you will need to submit a TOC (Transfer of Conditions) application form. Alternatively, if you have Limited Leave to Remain and you have retained your old passport, you may travel with both the old and the new passports.

Child Born in the UK Report

On form FLR(O), the baby's details should be entered in Section 1 - Applicant's Details. On form PBS (Dependant), the baby's details should be entered in Section 2 - Dependant's Details. You should enclose your own passport with the application. If you will be leaving the UK and do not intend to return under the conditions of your current leave to remain, you are not required to make an application to the UK Border Agency for your baby.
