Our company started in 1976 specializing in providing sales and servicing of industrial sewing machines in London. Today, 40 years on our international customers include tailors, famous designers, dry cleaners, factories and many more. Chris Pantelli Sewing Machines is a family run business which was started in North London by Chris Pantelli himself who has been a qualified technician since late 1960.
Whether you need your machine serviced or repaired our technicians will make sure you receive the best service available. We provide short and long term rentals for a wide range of over 200 sewing and ironing machines. Our service department has been working within the industry since 1981. We provide both on site and return to base repairs and servicing.

I took my mother's old sewing machine in for a service/repair. A lovely old beast, unused for 5 years, but a good quality old model that had done many years service. He repaired the mechanics, got it working smoothly, but there was a problem with the electronics he could not fix. So he did not charge me anything, although I offered. Lovely to meet a man who is passionate about making things work!

I phoned them to ask if they repair. They said yes but by appointment and were busy so he gave me a time to call back and true to his word fitted me that day. They were wonderful, accommodating, polite, helpful and fair priced. He was also very honest and gave me the unreserved truth about my machine. Excellent

Cannot recommend them enough! Went there the other day and due to personal reasons from their side, they had to close earlier than the mentioned time. I called and spoke with the manager - Marios, who (unlike most other guys in this position) offered to meet me in the middle and post the part I required for my sewing machine - which he managed to identify correctly from a photo. Brilliant!!

Truly wonderful service. Even arranged to pay for the car parking. The appointment system is absolutely fantastic. No wasted time in toing and froing. My wife's domestic sewing machine was serviced in no time and we learnt how to maintain it properly in the future. A real education and an example to other High Street retailers in providing a service that inspires future customer loyalty. We left with a smile on our faces.

When I called the shop, I was literally a damsel in distress. My sewing machine had jammed partway through building a yurt, a project impossible on a regular sewing machine (and yet I persevered). I didn’t even manage to say my name when Marios called, only “my sewing machine is broken!” The shop does same day appointments where they give an appraisal and fix it then and there. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable. They were able to sympathise with the massive project and direct me towards an appropriate industrial machine for the canvas I was working on, and gave me lunch and tea. It was

Last year I took both my machines to Chris on Green Lane, brilliant customer service , during the duration of waiting I had lunch with the Family and Chris even went the extra mile of covering my parking, reliable, affordable and very professional. I will definitely recommend to friends and family, Many months I was thinking I really need to add my comments unfortunately didn't know what to say, better late than never, this is how I feel. A wonderful service. Chris Pantelli sewing machines is a family run business. I had the pleasure of being looked after by the director Mario himself- a real old school "gentleman" in the proper use of the word. My 83 year old mother had a Singer model which she had messed up somehow. In five minutes Mario fixed the fault and expertly gave me a run down of the qualities of this machine (he doesn't even sell Singers!). I was seriously impressed. Then he didn't even want payment. Of course I had to give him something as the service I received was superb. Sometimes you strike gold finding companies
