If I could I would give "0" stars. Extremely disrespectful lady answered the phone. Unacceptably rude for someone you're trying to bring your business to. I called to make enquire for their procedure for service & repair of one of my sewing machines. I am willing and able to pay for their time for assessment in place however the lady on the phone insisted I send a picture, event thought I explained I am happy for them to take their time and not on a rush to have parts pre-ordered she got agitated and started speaking over me shutting me down insisting they CAN'T take my business without a picture

Having been let down by another company I called The Sewing Centre and what a breath of fresh air it was, One phone and I have two industrial machines on order, 4 days later they were delivered (I'm in the channel islands otherwise it would of been quicker). I have had two user errors with the machines and both time Chris and his team fixed the issues over the phone, no hassle, no judgement, just a professional friendly service. We were so impressed we actually ordered another two machines from them.

Chris and his team are a vital part to keep our London fashion studio running. Whenever we need servicing or have problems with machines (no matter if industrial machines, overlocks or coverstitch) he is there with advice and immediate help as well as replacement parts. He also offers a wide assortment of needles and other equipment, and if he does not have it in stock he orders everything asap for us. Warmly recommend the Battersea sewing Centres service over and over again!

Very helpful, friendly service. I bought an Elna machine on eBay that needed servicing - it is working beautifully now, I couldn't be happier.
